Adobe Connect 8 WS - Forgotten Password

Hi

I have just started looking at the API, and understand if you want to update a user/guest you call the principal-update with the participant-id and fields you want to update.

However, I'm looking to add "forgotten password" functionality, do you do this using the same principal-update?

What you call depends on what you want to do. If you want them to reset thier own password I don't think an API call exists for such a thing. However I just launch the "forgot password" page in a new window.

Administrators on the system can set a new password for people using the user-update-pwd API call
