Content cache size

Hi!

What does the Content Cache Size under Shared Storage Settings mean?
Is this the percentage of all content that stays on all adobe connect nodes,
or is this the percentage of content that is copied from each Adobe connect node to the shared storage?

Lets say I have 100GB of content. If I enter 10 into cache size does this mean:
-If I upload a file in a meeting on server1 the file will copy to network storage and from there to all other AC servers (server2, server3, ...) if needed.
-If no one views the file, the file deletes from server1 and all other AC servers after 24h (even if there is enough disk space more than 10GB on server1 and other AC servers)

PS:
On the web console there is a comment:
Percentage of total disk size. If this is intentionally left blank, the system will not automatically delete unused content.

The install pdf says:
The content cache size is a percentage of the disk space to use as a cache. Adobe recommends that you set the value between 15 and 50 because the cache can grow well beyond the set size. The cache is purged only after viewed content has expired (24 hours after it was last viewed).
