Full Motion Recording with Oblject

I am using full motion recording to show a whole website. I start at the top of the web site then scroll down. I am using a drawing object to cover-up and change confidential info. The problem I am having is once I publish, the website scrolls nicely, but the object does not scroll, just stays in place and does not move in conjuction with the rest of the website. I tried automatic recording but I don't like how the scrolling looks, full motion looks way better. Is there a way to get the object to scroll in sync as a scroll through the website? Hopefully I made sense. Thanks.
