Request Not Processed while upgrade from 7sp1 to 7sp3

Hi everyone,

We've got an strange error 'Request Not Processed ' for all users who want to enter the meetings after upgrading from pro 7SP1 to pro 7 SP3.

I have run only the installer and expected to be upgraded safely but the faced with this error.

I've read some posts in this forum and applied the guidelines but still I could not figured it out. any help will be appreciated.

Are there any paramaters you are feeding the the server in the URL?
