License Expiration

I have a customer whose on-premise installation is set to expire at the end of December.  As an administrator is there a way for him to change the license expiration date setting himself, or does Adobe Support need to make this change?

Also, I talked to Adobe support and they advised re-loading the license and that did not work.  If the customer is on-premise the license shouldn't be expiring correct?

If a user is On Premise, the license should not expire. I would suggest user to contact Adobe Support as the changes would need to be made to license file and reload it again. Or to Database. In both cases, it will be best handled by Adobe Support
