Make Share Pod window fill the user's screen

The share pod where the presentation appears uses only around 30% of the user's screen.  How can we expand this window?

The host or presenter can enable "Full Screen Toggle for Participants" where participants can elect to take the presentation full-screen. This is one of the options on the Share pod.

"Full Screen Toggle for Participants" has not worked for us.  I think it is only effective if you are hosting Adobe Connect.  We use the Adobe Connect online service.

We are a hosted account (non-premise) and full screen works well in meetings for us.

Are you using the Connect Now (or Adobe Connect - non Pro version) instead of Adobe Connect Pro? This may be a limitation on the free tool.
