We use Adobe Connect Pro as our LMS for our eLearning courses. The information from Adobe is sent to PeopleSoft (what we use to manage employee records). One of our eLearning courses developed by a third-party vendor is not "reading" properly. Apparently, it's sending out I, R or C codes for completion instead of Pass or Fail. Therefore Peoplesoft can't filter the records properly. Is this a setting on Adobe that I can change to Pass/Fail or is this a coding problem that has to be fixed at the course level?
