Flash Media Server security vulnerabilities CVE-2009-3791, CVE-2009-37

Would anyone know if Adobe Connect 7.0, 723 with the installed FMS Mustang_Connect 3_0_0_1208 is affected by Adobe's  Flash Media Server security vulnerabilities CVE-2009-3791, CVE-2009-3792?

Can FMS that was installed with Adobe Connect be upgraded without upgrading Adobe Connect to 7.5?

While Connect is built on FMS technology, it is not an FMS server and therefore, is not able to be upgraded, short of the Connect upgrades.

Not sure about the vulnerabilities listed, but I suspect not.
