Background Image in Edit View Small

When I open a project in Captivate, the thumbnail of the slide looks fine (before double clicking to open in Edit View). Once I open the slide in edit view, for some reason the background image shrinks by about 5X, and makes it very difficult to edit. Only the background image shrinks, the caption boxes, animations, etc are all fine and stay the correct size. When I publish though, everything is fine. As far as I know, none of the settings have changes and everything has been working fine. I have also opened other projects to see if the problem still occurs and for some projects it does and for others it does not. Anybody else have this problem? Thanks.
