Creating a pause button in Captivate 4

I'm creating a learning video where a "Help" icon is seen throughout the entire video.  When this help icon is clicked I want 2 things to happen:

1) Automatically open an email window with a specified email address populated in the "To" line (achieved through the use of a click box over top of my Help icon)

2) Pause the video to allow the user to be able to write their email

Is there a way to pause the video when a clickbox or an image is clicked?
