As a "Learner" you should be able to select the training course on your My Training tab on the home page, and then you will have a button in the Overview section to the right that says Reports. It will then show the questions and whether or not you got them right. If it is a curriculum, you would need to launch the curriculum and then you will see a summary for the entire curriculum or you can select the courses in the curriculum, and select the reports button to see the summary of the questions and whether or not you go them right.
