Random Question feature / Question Pool crashes the project

When I setup a random question, the Captivate 4 program crashes when I go to Preview the project.  I tried copying the entire project to a fresh file and the same problem occurs.  Any ideas?

Also, I noticed elsewhere someone said that if a user fails the quiz, they can only get new random questions if they re-load the program.  The course I am creating will go on the institution's LMS, so is there a way to use the LMS to help re-set the program so the user gets new questions?

I think I solved my own problem.  I had put my own "Continue" and "Back"buttons on my question slides and something about those buttons caused the crash.  I have removed those buttons and the Random Slide feature is working fine.
