Quiz Slides advancing/skipping and failing users

Good day:

I've attempted to read all of the posts in this Forum and haven't been able to determine what my problem might be. 

Using Captivate Version 3.0.0 Build 580.  We've built a 30-slide compliance training module, with a 5 question quiz assessment at the end (Questions 1 and 3 are T/F; the other 3 are Multiple Choice).  The Captivate published zip file has been uploaded as content to Connect Pro and added to a curriculum.  There are 5 other Graded questions earlier in the presentation (checks for understanding, Infinite Attempts on wrong answers) that are not included in Quiz Reporting.

When some students attempt to answer question 4 in the Graded Quiz Assessment at the end, Captivate jumps to the results slide of the quiz and reports a failing grade, since the user never got the chance to answer question 5.  This also seems to happen when running the file in Captivate Preview.

ANY help or guidance on what to check would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

Perhaps double check the version of the Flash Player or Add in on the viewer's PC? You may need to upgrade it.
