Click Boxes and Hot Spots Question

Is there a way to report and grade incorrect/correct answers using Click Boxes? I know you can get reporting using Hot Spots, but I like Click Boxes better since the user does not have to click a "Submit" button, as is the case using Hot Spots. Unless there is a way for the user to click on the Hot Spot and the answer is automatically submitted, without having to click the Sumbit Button?

Click Boxes may be scored just like question slides can.
