Call common-info in a browser

I have no idea about what is 3) says..

My login page link is https://admin.acrobat.com/system/login? … et-lang=en  what I need to change here? I am confused.

2 Open a browser and navigate to your Acrobat Connect Pro login page.
3 Without logging in, delete the part of the URL after the domain name and add a call to common-info:
https://example.com/api/xml?action=common-info

What's the problem?

3) says "Follow the link https://admin.acrobat.com/api/xml?action=common-info to get a common-info"
