Premiere Global Services outage???

Is anyone else having issues starting a Phone Conference with Premiere Global Services through Adobe Connect?

I called support, and they claim to have a ticket in with Premiere Global Services.

Premiere had system outages yesterday from about noon-midnight eastern. Even their ticketing system was down. Standalone Premiere teleconferencing still worked, just not the integration with Connect.

Per usual, Premiere did not notify us of the outage until we called after an end user had a failed meeting as a result.
