Hi, my customer is ready to install windows 7 and IE 8, does Adobe meeting license have any compatibility issue with the new windows and IE platform?

I personally use IE8 and Windows 7 with no issues.

Also, both are listed as supported configs for 7.5 here:

Not sure about 7.0 though if you are still on that version.

hi, thank you all. If customer needs to upgrade to Connect Pro 7.5, is there cost involved?

Re: compatibility with IE 8 and Windows 7

IE8 is a little better than 7, still I prefer IE6 for it's speed. But definitely don't use them either, now it's only Opera (which is the fastest one on windows) and Firefox for it's commodity with all the plugins.

We use Opera on our dedicated computers too. Its fast, stable, and skinable, which means we can reduce what is on screen and reduce the intimidation many of our users feel when interacting with "new technology".

For users on the hosted system, upgrades are included in the annual subscription fee.   However, upgrades also happen automatically.  There is an upgrade calendar here:

For customers who license the software for on premise deployment, upgrades are also free.  They can download the 7.5 installer from the Adobe Licensing site and apply it within their own environment.
