Poll results not showing up in reports
In prepping for a webinar, I created several poll questions and used them for testing throughout a couple of rehearsals (either cleared out the answers afterward or deleted the poll). During the actual event, I launched the questions and the meeting captured the responses. However, I went into the back-end of the meeting to view the results under the Reports, "By Questions" section and the results for that session are not there. There is a list of all the test questions I created along with which session they were used in. I clicked on all the questions and reports to see if the answers were hidden/mislabeled under a different session but they were not. If I go into the meeting and pull up the question pod I can view the responses.
Why is this occurring. What set of circumstances causes the results to be captured in a report (the launch of a new question, an answer, closing/opening, clearing results)?

Closing a poll causes the answers to be recorded.
