Recording window too small

I think I may have inadvertently changed a setting somewhere...all my recordings look like the screenshot referenced below...which is not very usable.  Any idea how to change that?

I am using Internet Explorer 11, on Windows 7, 64 bit,  as there is a reported bug with Chrome and screen sharing. 

Really could use some help with this...thanks for the time.

Have you tried to open the recording with any other browser as well. Could you also let me know what kind of settings you may have changed inadvertently.
