offline recording failed in the middle without warnings

Hi

We have issues regarding making offline a recorded meeting.

After clicking the Make Offline link, the Adobe Connect client opened as usual and an flv file generated while the meeting was being played back.

After the playback was completed, when examining the generated flv file, we found that the offline recording stopped at the middle of the meeting. The time where the offline recording stops is rather random. It can be some 30 minutes or after an hour (the meeting last 3 hours) on a few retries.

We are unable to make a full offline copy of the meeting. We did not resize the Adobe Connect client. There was no warning message and the recorded meeting played normally till it ends. Only after playing back the meeting for 3 hours and we examine the flv file to find that the offline flv is not working.

Any idea on how to fix it are welcomed.

Sounds like something on that computer is causing it to fail. Have you tried creating the FLV on a different computer? Were all the sleep/hibernate settings disabled for the computer?

We tried on 2 different PC and experienced the same issue.

No power save configured. 

Now, trying on the third machine and see if the same issue appears.

Offline recording just don't work properly.

On the 3rd PC, antivirus, screen saver, and whatsoever setting has been disabled.
The offline recording started as usual, but failed to write to the flv file at random time while
the Adobe Connect client continue to playback. The flv file said it last 2 hours 58 minutes, but stopped at about 2 minutes.

The PC uses Core2 CPU with 3GB RAM running Windows 7.

In addition, the Adobe Connect client crashed repeatedly.  The offline recording is totally unusable.
