Customizing email sender address when sending out a new event

Is it possible to create a generic email address, such as "Training at Raytek.com" that can be used on our invite templates vs. the user email address that is creating and sending out the event each time?

You will need to first go to Event Management > Event Administration > Email Aliases and add your email:

Then you should be able to define the email that will be seen as the sending email when you edit an email in the Event:
