Too long recordings do not opening?

Hi,

I have a recording which is about 4-5 hours long. Is that possible that too long recordings don't opening? When I try open the recording it only show "Connecting...". I have waited about one hour and nothing happened. I have tested a few long recordings and in all have a same problem.

Could anyone help about this or have a same problem?

Length of recordings should not impact the time it takes to open the recording... please contact Adobe Connect support and they should be able to assist you!

I have the same problems with my recordings!
I wrote to the support, but till now there is no solution.
