Is there a way in a meeting to mute or remove a participant ?

Hello,

I had a few questions about Adobe Connect:

(I´m logged in as organizer)

- Can the microphone Rights be removed for a participant (mute) during a meeting ?

- Can participants are kicked out during a meeting?

Is this possible for rooms with registered participants, or even for open events ?

Thank you for your answers

Microphone rights can be revoked from Participants and Presenters and Hosts can be muted by mousing over the individual's name in the attendee list. There will be a popup dialog that will have an option to stop that individual from broadcasting audio.

To remove a user, select them in the attendee list, then go to the Attendee pod options menu. There will be an option called 'Remove Selected User'.

An individual with Host rights in the room can do the above mentioned functions.

Ok - when I clicked on the option 'Remove Selected User' the subscriber gets a clue.
But it is possible to reload the Page an the subscriber is in the room again.

So it is only possible to block the User in the configuration for this room ?

Thank you for your answer again.

The individual can reload the page and get into the room again.

However, if you have the room set to 'Registered users and accepted guests' or if you 'Block incoming attendees', then the individual would have to get the Host's approval to enter again.
