Custom Pod Development Needs

Not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but seemed a good place to start.  Our firm is looking to commission the custom development of an Adobe Connect pod.  We're looking for firms with experience developing enterprise-level software; this is for a specific business need we haven't found a good solution for.

In short, we're looking for a real time audience feedback tool.  As a video is played, we'd like to provide all participants the ability to rate up/down the video in real time.  These ratings would be time synced to the video.
