Need KPI's of webinar audience

We've called the customer service a few times, contacted our vendor but it seems no one is able to give us a clear answer.

Currently we have Adobe Connect and are open to get anything else that might help (Presenter, Training, etc.) and also have a connection with SiteCatalyst - which is still not giving us the information we need.


What we want is to know is for example:

- how many slides did the participant see
- how much time did they spend
- how many times did they access the presentation, etc.

Pretty much any information regarding the participants' behaviour in order for us to know what went well and what was of interest for the participant or what we could improve on.

If anyone could give us a better understanding of if this is possible, that would be very helpful!
