Does anyone else find it annoying that you give a title to a piece of content, it fails to upload, and then when tying again, you get the message, "there is already another item with this name."  Where?  No there isn't!  Frustrating, isn't it?

It is there, but the UI doesn't show it, for whatever reason.

The easiest way to find and remove it is to browse to that folder using the tool in Presenter or Captivate for publishing directly to the server. I use a single blank slide project to make the publishing as fast as possible. You should see the failed uploads by objects with a white paper icon and label of Content. Select the failed object and then updated it with the simple presentation.

This will now show as a presentation in Connect and you can either update it with the appropriate object or delete it from the server, freeing up the URL and Name for you to use again.
