Meeting recordings
How is it possible for a participant to watch a meeting-recording which has not been moved from it`s original place underneath the meeting-object?
I experience that a participant cannot see the tabs along the meeting to even list the recordings, nor is there a setting to give him this right.
thanks for any help

Re: Meeting recordings
I think you should just distribute to the participants the archive url.. besides that, not sure if public viewing is allowed by default for archives which haven't been moved to the content library - but you can easily find it out.

Re: Meeting recordings
If you don't move the meeting archives to the Content Library, then the recording will have the same permissions as the meeting room (If the meeting room is a public room, then the recording is public. If the meeting room is private then only those with permissions to the room will be able to view the recording.
Moving the recording to the Content Library is the best option. Custom Permissions can the be set on the recording.

Re: Meeting recordings
Like Jorma said , We have a "public viewing" folder in wich we transfer recordings before sending the link to clients. Best way

Re: Meeting recordings
Thanks - we chose a workaround publishing the recording-links in the course; participants can make use of them as soon as they got a cookie by logging into their room. This way it is not necessary to move the recs.
Doubts remain though about the fact that the rec-menu is not visible in the managing-console.
