Not receiving emailed chat history
After we hold a webinar and I try to email the chat history (through the chat pod's menu), the confirmation pop-up box says that the information was sent to my email address, but I never receive it.
The same thing happens with the Q&A pod-- the email never arrives in my inbox, but if I use any other address (including ones within my company--with the same domain), they arrive within a couple minutes.
I've talked to our IT department and I've checked my email filters and spam folder, but I haven't found it anywhere. Has anyone else had any problems with emailing the Q&A or chat transcripts?

I get that as well Scott, but only when sending chat box content from a client's platform. And they are not even using the magnificent ;) Connect 9.
It seemed to coincide with when we started using Mimecast, though Adobe are a permitted sender, and it still works OK with our own version of Connect. Perhaps yours is a 3rd party platform or else your email hosting is blocking?
