Problem with reports

Hello there,

I'm experiencing some problems with the reports by attendees in Adobe Connect 9.

I have a particular session where I had 10 students atending it. The session started at 7pm and lasted until 9pm. In the reports by attendees it says that a particular student only entered at 8.56pm and left at 9.08pm, but I have the session recording and noticed that he was present from  the start at 7pm. Is this a bug in the report module? I checked my server time preferences and they are correct. Does anyone reported such a problem?
