I'm a meeting host and I'm trying to make an Adobe Connect 9 webinar recording available off-line. Every time I bring it up I get the following message: "Adobe Connect Add-in 11.2 R247 has stopped working". I

Hi Erika,

I'm not sure what's happening here. You've already tried different browsers and not launching the add-in. Customer Support is probably your best bet here.

Alistair,

Can you explain how to use "/?launcher=false"  for accessing recordings? 
I.e., in which URL should I add "/?launcher=false"

I've used the "/?launcher=false" when launch AC9 to enter a meeting room, but in my case I'm already successfully in the back-end looking at the list of recordings.  It's when I click "off-line" that I get this error message.
