Connect 9 replay stops after 17 seconds

Hello,

We're having an issue with some of our folks not being able to play a recorded presentation that we did in Connect 9. The recording is about 2.5 hours long but for some the recording will only play the first 17 seconds and then re-cue to the beginning. They are unable to click on any of the bookmarks either.

I wonder if this could be a browser issue and want to know if there is any way to force a replay to play in the Connect add-in. I've tried concatenating the ?ligtning=true or ?launcher=false to the URL but the replay always opens in the browser even if the add-in is installed.

This is not an isolated case. We have been experiencing it for some weeks now; on differing connections and computers.

It seems to be related to the newest version of Flash, but I can't say why it would be. A quick conbversation with Adobe and they deny it's Flash causing the issue; but this only started with the update to Connect 9 and the need for the update to Flash.

Has anyone experienced this? Know a work around?

We are in a real danger of losing customers...
