Version 9 Outlook Addin keeps disabling

Hi all,

We have recently rolled out the Adobe Connect Outlook add-in to about 20 users. I have about 4-5 of them that keep "losing" the addin - it keeps disabling in Outlook about once every 2 weeks. I've tried removing other Outlook addins and reinstalling the addin but the issue persists. We have a mixed environment of Win 7 x64 and x86. This seems to occur on 32 bit machines.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
