Event User Information report error

Our hosted Adobe Connect cluster converted to Adobe Connect 9 this weekend. This morning we cannot run the User Information Report from any On-Demand Event page. When we click "Download Report Data" we get a "Request Not Processed error: The system was unable to process your request".  Did we miss something in the Event Migration Guide?

We also noted that we had to go into every future-scheduled Event and change the settings, as all of our scheduled events defaulted to "Attendees require approval after registration".  Had we not stumbled upon  this, none of our registrants would have received confirmation/reminder emails.

As always, any help or info would be greatly appreciated!

We've also noticed that we cannot edit E-Mail message bodies on the Event.  Further, the variables to insert into the message body (i.e., {login}) are not inserting the proper data.  Login, for example, is populating the email address of the last participant in the Participant Management list (which, in our case, happens to be a Host of the event).
