Recordings far out of synch between audio and video

Have hosted account thru Premiere Global and use the Global Meet teleconference link.
Voice is approx one minute out of synch (earlier) than video. Makes meeting recordings almost useless to watch since discussion is tied to visuals.

Any and all help would be appreciated. And...

If there is a fix is it for future recodings only or can it be applied to recent ones as well?
