Error audio sync with video recorded before AC 9

Since we have AC 9 we have a lot of videos with lost of sync audio/video. If you move the play buttom back, then the sync problem disapears, but come back ahead the video.

We are very concerned with that because is appearing each day in more and more videos recorded before AC 9.

Can anybody help me?. AC 9 suport dosn't give us a solution until now

Another out of sync report....
