Layouts and pods stucks and connect meeting hosted

Hi, I have trained my customers for using Connect9 meeting few times. I have face now three times situation where pod or layout changes does not affect all the participants. For example I minimized 2 pods and they disappeared from other users meeting window but not mine. Today happens situation where layout change didn't affect two of the participants.

In all of these situation I checked connection quality of the participants and it was excellent. Only way to solve the problem was close the meeting window and login again.

Users had windows7 OS and I use MACOSX 10.7.4

Any ideas or solutions for this?

Re: Layouts and pods stucks and connect meeting hosted

Just a general hint when encountering strange issues like this, do make sure all users have the latest Flash Player installed... This can be tested via this link:
   http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/ … layer.html

It not only examines what version you have but also shows what is the latest/current version. Note that they should run this test page in the very web browser they use to connect to the meeting from (Opera, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc...).

Re: Layouts and pods stucks and connect meeting hosted

All users used Connect addin. Latest I supposed because they have just installed new version. I know that softwares develops version by version but it sounds strange that Connect itself does not inform user to upgrade their flash if it is needed. I can ask versions from the participant but is this really the case?
