Use Adobe Connect as a LMS, How can I show someone completed training?

Is there a way for me to give someone credit for completing a quiz / VDO when the system does not recognize this correction (AP region) and/or a group of users who go through the materials together?  Any suggestions?

You can override a user score for courses - here's a link to a tutorial that explains how.
