Captivate Settings for Connect

Hi, can anyone point me to detailed document regarding settings within Captivate 5.5 when publishing to Connect 8.2. Theres lots of options but what do they mean. Thanks

When you want to publish for Connect , Publish settings-> publish Adobe Connect meta data.
