Branching in Captivate 4

Hi I am new to Captivate 4. I have completed making a quiz and for some reason it will not branch out when an incorrect answer is given. I have a separate slide with the correct information/supplemental info on it. Can anyone help? And please remember I am new to this - so speak in beginner's language. Thanks!
