Pictures disappear

I am fairly new to Presenter, but am making progress. There is one problem that has me baffled. When I convert from PPT to the Presenter file, it will loose some of the pictures I have in the PPT file. Is this just a glitch I'll have to live with or is there a fix?

You cannot use vector based graphics/pictures....make sure your pictures in the presentation are jpg files or they cannot be converted to Flash when uploaded to Connect.

Hey Michael,

I've noticed I've had the same thing happen when I copy & paste a picture into my PPT instead of inserting it the traditional way (i.e. via menu/toolbar).

I've assumed this was because the copy/paste doesn't reference an actual file anywhere on my system.

Hi Michael,

What format those pictures are in (BMP, JPG, PNG, TIFF?), Did you try saving your .ppt as .pptx and then convert using presenter?
