font issues when publishing

Hi-- I have done searches and saw some older replies, but looking for the most up to date inifo on this issue.

I have presentations that I just published 2 weeks ago to my Adobe server with no issues... now, I am republishing and sure enough the fonts are a mess, and graphics missing.  What can I do to correct this?

I am using PPT 2010, Presenter Version 7.0, build 7328.. arial font and we DO NOT host our own account on site...

I would update to 7.0.7, build 7746. You can download the installer for this version here

Presenter 7.0 is buggy, to put it nicely. That and versions prior to 7.0.6 shouldn't work in PPT 2010. Your existing serial key for Presenter will work for the new installer. This update was such a large change to Presenter (behind the scenes) that it is not going to be seen by the Adobe Updater, so you will need to uninstall Presenter prior to installing this new version.

If that doesn't fix the problem, we can investigate the issue further.
