Adobe Presenter 7 won't import mp4 video file

Hello,

I'm a new user and am trying to import an mp4 file to an Adobe Presenter 7 presentation. When I attempt to import the file, I get an error message that says the "selected file format is not supported." Any help in a successful import would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried importing it as a different file type? The conversion tool in Presenter is not very robust, and I find that I can get a more consistent result in the conversion to FLV if I use a video conversion tool. You can use anything that converts to FLV, Adobe Media Encoder, Sothink Video Encoder for Adobe Flash, AVS Video Converter, etc.
