SSO + HTTP Header authentication

Hello!

We have site based Sharepoint 2010 with windows authentication (from AD).
I making webpart with data about meetings from Adobe Connect 8, so i need realize single sign-on.

And i have doubts about security of HTTP header authentication.
If i switch on header authentication, any user (A) can copy HTTP headers from other user (B) and he can login as user B. All right?

Which solutions i can use in my case?

Part of header authentication allows you to specify from where to accept header authentication - so you could accept headers only from the SharePoint site.
