Weird Presenter Quiz Issue

I have a user that has a presenter course. In that course it contains a quiz they uses Advanced Feedback.  She is going in Quiz Manager to edit the answers and the feedback. It seems to save it. She can then come back into the quiz manager minutes later and the changes are still there. Then she saves it and publishes to SCORM for our LMS (SumTotal).

Once she tests the course in the LMS, the changes are no longer there. 

She then goes back into the presentation and the changes aren't there either. So it's like it didn't save anything she did.

Now if she goes back into the quiz to try and modify her changes again. It won't let her change what's there. She has to add new answer choices and attach the advanced feedback to it again.

It seems to take it then, but sometimes it also causes Duplicate A, B, C answer choices on the question slide.

This is not a consistant issue.

Does anyone have any ideas?

What version of Presenter is she on? 7.0.2 and earlier had a tendency to not accept changes to feed back messages.

She should be up to 7.0.6.

She is using 7.0.6.
