Presenter attachments not downloading

I've loaded 15 documents into the Presenter attachment option and when the course is published, the attachments appear after clicking the paperclip icon in the toolbar, and a new web page opens, but when we click the "click to download" button, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that pop-up blockers are not stopping the download?

Along with checking that Pop Up blockers are not enabled, also check that your attachments are present in published output in data folder.
