Private message / private question / discussion Share pod?

I'd really like to find a solution to have a "private Q&A" pod, where participants can ask or "submit" a question to a host or presenter so it can be hidden from the rest of the participants. Realistically, all the pod is is a "send message to user x" pod where user x would be a back-end host/admin that would take in and handle incoming questions to give to the speaker/presenter.

Is there any solution for this?

This is already built into Connect. It's called the Q&A pod and works just like you describe except that instead of sending messages to 1 particular user it sends them to all hosts and presenters.

Though you can assign the questions to other Presenters, and, if set up correctly, they would only see questions assigned to them.
