enlarge/adjust the presenter's image on sidebar

Hello,
        Do anyone have tip or trick how i can enlarge/adjust the presenter's image on sidebar?
As of now, i only have img, presenter name, title and contact. So the presenter img is only 160x160 so, the layout get of off.

I would like to enlarge/adjust the presenter img to the size as the sidebar video.

Please any advice.

I look through the vconfig.xml, viewer.html but not luck.

I'm fairly certain that that is a static size and cannot be changed.

Yes. Jorma is correct it is static and cannot be changed.
