AICC file formatting issue

I am publishing thru Presenter to the AICC standard.   On the output .des AICC file, there are spaces inserted into the second line of the AICC data strings before the 'A2' ID field that are comprimising the course launching via AICC:

The file is written like this:

"system_id","developer_id","title","description"
    "A2","Breeze Presenter","Description",""

When it should in fact be written like this:

"system_id","developer_id","title","description"
"A2","Breeze Presenter","Description",""

I am running Presenter v7.0.6 Build 7604.   I do not recall ever seeing this issue in the last version and I wonder if it is a configuration setting that may be causing it or perhaps a bug.  Has anyone else run into this?
