Hi,

I have briefly looked through the documentation and could not find a way to do this. 

Is it possible to delete a user using the XML API?

Is it possible to add a user to a group or remove a user from a group using the API?

We are an online academy that would like to synchronize users enrolled in each of our Moodle courses to users in Adobe Connect groups.  When a student is un-enrolled from a course in Moodle, we would like to remove  the user from the corresponding Adobe Connect group using the API.

Yes you can delete users by using the action principals-delete. However you probably just need to use group-membership-update if you just want to remove them from a group or permissions-update  to remove them from a curriculum or course.
