terms and conditions for custom pods

hi there, are there rules for making custom pods for adobe connect? i mean for example you want to be able to upload your pod to adobe exchange for other users... are there any special terms and conditions which you must comply with?

You can upload your custom pods for others to use and select the license terms while uploading. They are then picked up by Adobe Exchange QA team for verification etc. Whenever it is approved you are notified.
Other than this, i am not aware of any terms and conditions

though i haven't used talking stick... I'm thinking if they allow getting stream from random RTMP servers...  since they have adobe flash media server wouldn't they require to be able to stream only from there. I'm not sure how they can restrict that but I'm just thinking
